Rules for Pets at MEGA Shopping and Leisure Center

Pet-Friendly Policy

The MEGA Shopping and Leisure Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Shopping Center") warmly invites visitors to bring their pets. It is essential to comply with legal regulations and these rules. A pet is defined as your dog or cat, vaccinated according to legal requirements.

Responsibility for Pets

When visiting the Shopping Center with your pet, ensure its behavior and well-being. You are responsible for any damage your pet may cause to the Shopping Center or other visitors. Pets may only be left unattended in designated, specially marked areas.

Visitors with Pets

Pets may only be accompanied by individuals aged 16 or older. If there is any doubt about age, the Shopping Center administration or security staff may request an identification document.

Where Pets Are Allowed

Pets are welcome in all public areas of the Shopping Center and in stores or service locations marked with a special pet-friendly sign. If a store has additional rules regarding pets, please adhere to them.

Safety and Behavior

Pets should not pose a threat to other visitors, their pets, or Shopping Center property. Pets must be on a leash (shortened to 1 meter) or carried in special carriers while inside the Shopping Center. You must determine whether your pet requires a muzzle. Dangerous dogs are required to wear a muzzle.

Hygiene and Noise Control

Let’s maintain the cleanliness and tranquility of the Shopping Center! Ensure your pet does not create excessive noise that could disturb other visitors or staff.

Cleanliness and Order

If your pet creates a mess, please promptly pick up its waste and clean any urine or other dirt. Do not allow pets to urinate or defecate on buildings, furniture, or plants. Let’s care for our environment together!

Children's Play Areas

Pets are not allowed in children's playgrounds, both indoors and outdoors, at the Shopping Center.

Traveling with Pets

You may transport your pet in an elevator if it does not disturb others. On escalators, carry your pet. If you cannot carry your pet, we recommend using the elevator for its safety.

Unacceptable Behavior

If your pet behaves aggressively or causes a sense of insecurity, the Shopping Center reserves the right to ask you to leave and deny entry to the Shopping Center premises.
